Just checked and noticed that I have not updated my back pain status almost four months.

How am I feeling now? Great!

I returned to HSC Cheras Specialist center after several months visit to my first chiropractor. I decided to get second chiropractor opinion after several re-occur of back pain. At that time, I am so easy to get in terrible pain whenever I sneeze. I hate that the most.

With the second doctor advice, I went through two sessions of DTS Decompression Therapy. No only long period of time invested and the cost is not cheap at all but the result is wonderful. I find myself getting improved. The pain goes very slightly at the beginning stage but as long as lesser and lesser pain, I know I have to be patient.

For your info, no only DTS Decompression Therapy I done but I did committed to follow the advice of the physio to do Physiotherapy exercise as what they teach. I do agree that this is the tough one but effectively improve my muscles strength.

My back pain status now: No pain at the back. No pain on my leg. Nothing pain but a bit uncomfortable / numbness on the right upper part of my lower limb. Still need some times to cure I think. Anywhere, I am getting to reach the rainbow in the sky!

I know I should always be re-charged in full every day so that I can have full energy to fight for my back pain. I try to sleep as much as I can. Even though I still wake up few times in the middle of night but I wake up not because of the pain now.

Recently I feel more released. The pain is gone and the numbness on my foot is less significant. Although the uncomfortable is still there but sometimes it may gone. It comes on and off now and I feel great with my movement.

I should always keep on exercise every day. Besides, I have to maintain good postures no matter when I sit and I walk.

I will share with you what have I done besides the chiropractic adjustment. I wish to make sure those treatment that I am undergo right now is really effective to treat the sciatica.

Back pain comes back again due to silly mistake. I thought I can handle those things with the little stool but I am wrong. After the long hour sitting on the stool, I feel uncomfortable at the night. Following day, I continue completed another housekeeping mission by arranging my messy documents on the staircase. This is another stupid mistake.

I feel curious why my back pain come back again easily. This is my third time get hurt since Jul’10. Is it means that my body is getting weaker and weaker?

My first terrible back pain was happened 7 years ago which takes me about few months to recover. Thereafter, the pain come back on and off but not the serious one. Pain comes seriously again since July makes me always pain in any condition. During this chiropractic adjustment period, I feel the improvement but just can not totally get rid of the uncomfortable.

I am back to the stage where I need to take the N-Cobal & Anarex Tablet before I go to bed. Even then, I still wake up every hour in the middle of night due to the pain. The pain from the back till my right foot is so terrible.

Feel so nausea with this condition. I still see my doctor of chiropractic once a week. The pain is relief a bit every time after the adjustment but the speed is just too slow. Anywhere, I still strongly believe that I can recover but just the time matter.

I should take extra precaution and always in the correct and right body positions and actions to prevent the pain come back again. I promise.

Without medicine but just the chiropractic adjustment, my pain is gone now. I have waiting so long to have such result.

Although the uncomfortable still comes on and off. But I really feel happy the pain is gone. I see my chiropractor since July,2010. From the beginning I see him three times a week. Until my situation getting better lately, I see him twice a week since a month ago. Now the doctor ask me to see him once a week. Don’t you agree that this is a good improvement?

You might not know how the pain when you are not feeling at my situation. I do have a friend also suffering back pain but he see the same doctor 4 times and the pain is gone. I am happy he have such a good result. Too bad this not happened to me.

I do meet some patients who are more or less the same case with me and found that one of them already see the Chiropractor almost a year. I wish hard I am not like her. Anyway, I will not celebrate early until I really feel that my back is strength and good enough.

This is my Chiropractor. I am sure there are many great Chiropractors in Malaysia but he is the only one I trust. I am appreciated I can met him. He is definitely one of the importance people in my life.
