I am doubt whether I can handle the full set of account of my company. I have no chance to do it previously when I am just handle part of the account. I am appreciate our company project management software is doing the great job. The only thing that I need to improve is to make sure all the information entered into account are accurate. I am a bit worry with the communication break down between department and colleagues. I am always in query how am I going to submit the reports and analysis without the latest updates. I need to always be alert with the last management decisions as well.

I am getting more chances to work something different after the leave of my superior. I do appreciated my new department boss willing to guide me and given chances to me to perform. I treat this as a golden chance to upgrade  myself.

I always believe that the more I do, the more I learned. It is not easy to get used on new change which is beyond my current jobs profile. More over I have no such experience as well as qualification to work with such different skill. I do comfort myself where I committed to do my best for all the challenges. I have no regret even I had done mistake, created problems as well as making wrong decisions. I treat this as new experience to my working life. The experience and whatever I had learned can not buy.

I wish and I believe I can overcome all the challenges!

It is no doubt that I am getting more busier after the leave of my superior. Time management to me seems like so importance now. Which one is priority, which is importance, and which can on hold? I have to justify and complete works so that everything can go smooth as usual.

Well, this is coincidentally close to my life now. But I am not agreed with the suggested advice.

I get disturbed by my colleagues most of the time. But I am willing to help if they need me. For me, works between a department as well as a company are inter-related. As long as I can help and solve their queries at the moment they need solution, it is better I do it on the spot rather than let them to continue query. The delay might save my time on that particular moment but it may create the chances of troubles happened which we may need double or triple time to solve it.

The trouble will back to us one day, just the time concerned. Why? This is because we are working under the same company…

Do you think I am too positive thinking on my work?

I love to see my bosses wearing tie. This formal wearing will only be applied when they are having importance meeting. I seldom see them wearing designer ties at office normal day. But if some one is wearing tie in the office, that’s mean they are going to attend meeting with VIP. I am not only interested to see how the design of the tie they are wearing; I also interested to know what meeting they are held and how long the meeting will end. Don’t you agree that no bosses in office is the most relaxing time of their staffs?

My colleague keeps complained that the recruitment ads are not much recently and this make his frustrated. It’s beginning of a year and every one is looking for bonus payout. Employees rather stay for another one or two months, getting their ‘rewards’ once a year then only consider to or not to change new job. This will be the reason why not many companies recruit manpower.

Any where, finding Business job search online is better result than newspaper classified ads, I think. I like the services of recruitment companies. They not only given companies information plus full details of their current vacancies, they also provide services like job matching, new match job alerts and etc.

Does your department boss allow his whole department staffs apply leave at the same time?

Chinese New Year is coming soon and we are urged to submit our leave application form not later by next weekend. We are the country having multi-races and this is the convenient to us who celebrate different festival can enjoy leave without worry.

After discussion, all the Chineses colleagues will be on leave during the first week of Chinese New Year as previous years. We really appreciate the help and understanding of our Malay and Indian colleagues.

Who says multi-races can not live harmony and peacefully in one country? Hate those uneducated who trying to make issues on multi-races!

My company located in an office tower and we are using public toilet. Due to renovation works in progress, our office nearest toilet was closed. We all forced to go longer distance to the other water closet. This is what I feel the most uncomfortable during office hours. What time you will go to WC especially during busy working hours? That must be in a hurry! But too bad we need to go WC like rushing to some where.

I heard that it will close permanently as the place will be occupied to new business. It sounds weird to me. That is supposed to be for public but it was rented out in a package. I just can not agree with this.

Anywhere, I enjoy the longer journey when back to office. When going, I am in rush. But when I am on the way back to office, I will just walk slow and relax my mind. There are a little bit more time to rest and relax.

What is the best way to keep track you inventory? Any one has better idea on keeping good records of inventory control? This is my headache part. With the good recording of inventory, business owners or the operating staffs can know well what is the stock value, when to re-stock, which items are best selling, which products are over-stock or need to boost sale before the end of useful life and etc.

I believe having barcode scanner system is one of the useful tools to make sure the business operation to run smoothly. I did come across some bosses who not willing to invest for that when they newly open their business and end up having trouble with stock control. I am one of the victims who need to do the physical stock counts and recording all the stock in stock out entries every day.

This is the reason why I will not prefer working in a trading company without a proper inventory control system.

This 18th will be his last day service with the company. We all are trying to make a lunch appointment with him. But he had not given us any answer since last week. It’s no doubt that he is a popular guy. He got plenty of staffs some more.

Besides, I am sure each of the department head or big bosses will have lunch with him as well. This may be the one of the reasons why he still have no time for us.

But I still feel that he don’t want to lunch with us because he might cry in front of us.

Farewell is not the end but the beginning. This is the start of how and will our friendship keep in touch in future.
