I believe because of the strong lighting comes from the panel glass at our office affect our health. Although the glass panel had a layer of sun block shade but it only covered 3/4 of the glass which is not enough to block all the sunlight.

I did request for window blind to solve our problem. We having eyesight problem after long working hours in front of our computer. The worst will be headache then need to rest at home. We thought company willing to spend on the blind rather than buy us every one a new LCD monitors which given lesser reflections but I am wrong. After waiting for more than 2 years, there still have no action taken.

We are not looking for custom plantation shutters to make our place look more grand and beautiful but just window blinds which only need little cost to block the sunlight. There is an approval to asking quotes but no news after that. What’s wrong?

Project Petaling Street is life again! I suppose to visit them and show my support on their ‘re-opening’ on 30/11/2010 after my last post for PPS but I have totally forgotten the day due to my back pain.

Wait and try again. But I am failed again. What a forgetful auntie! This times the message shown that I need to wait 89 minutes for the third attempt.

I really out of idea what my password is. So, the best is to request a new password.

Go to my mailbox and check. Wait, check, wait, check, wait and check….

No mail from them after 30 minutes. Ok. I will check my mailbox again when my next excess to computer. ~Disappointed

My colleagues are asking whether I will be back to office for overtime when office off. Personally I don’t like to work during off day. Off day is for us to rest and relax. But when all the deadline and time frame are tight, we have no chance to relax even we are at home. This is why we choose to go back office to work.

I have to leave office on time to fetch my elder daughter from school. I have to go for chiropractic adjustment every Saturday. This is the reason why I have no time to work overtime. This is my advantage but not excuse. I can arrange my schedule for all my time when it is out of office hours. I am not wrong.

A very good experience learned after cheated by Steven Chan Hoi Wan. After not only me but many are reported the same cheating way by him, I am doubt whether he is being arrested. I am worrying now what will happen if I continue ignore the request.

I had got an email forwarded from my department head. The request was from the big big boss. But I had been told to on hold to release the info that we currently available now until further notice.

It is more than 2 weeks now I still not replying the mail. Even though there is no any follow up mail to the same request, I do believe that the request is needed to be reply. Hopefully they can deal with each others with involving me anymore. I just hate to be the middleman.

Steven Chan Hoi Wan claimed that he is a real estate negotiator and passed me a name card of Mary Lim from Red Point Hair & Zone Optik Two Thousand. Steven Chan Hoi Wan told me that Mary Lim is looked for a shop lot. He sent me a cheuque for two months rental deposit, one month utility deposit, one month advance rental and stamp duty fees for the tenancy agreement then asked me to issue one Post Dated Cheque to him for the agent commission. With the acceptance of tenant letter signed by Mary Lim, I passed him my cheque dated 10 days later.

When I noticed that payment from Mary Lim is not cleared in my bank account two days later, I immediately instructed my bank to stop payment of my cheque issued to Steven Chan Hoi Wan. The bank officer told me that the Post Dated cheque that I issued had already cleared.

After getting the cheque image from my bank then only I realized that Steven Chan Hoi Wan had altered the date. The cheque dated 18.10.10 had been altered to 08.10.10.

As you can imagine, Neither Steven Chan Hoi Wan (012-6078507) nor Mary Lim (019-3829883) can not be contacted thereafter.

This case has been reported to police. Consistently, I met another victim who fell into the same tricks. Not only that, there are not only two of us but this case has been reported in the local newspaper few days later which complained by others victims. The newspaper even shown the CCTV picture captured his real face. Steven Chan Hoi Wan is using the same tricks to cheat people. All cheque issued to Steven Chan Hoi Wan was cleared. This can tell us that how careless is the bank clearance officers.

Steven Chan Hoi Wan is around 50+, baldness on the top of the head wearing a black frame eyeglass.

For you all who have property to rent please beware.

I don’t like to cook. I rather eat outside or buy ready foods from outside rather than cook for my own.

I force to cook only when my mother in law on leave. She only applies leave when she goes for traveling. :p

Maybe you will comfort me saying that I am no good in cooking because seldom cook will have no good cooking skill. Many children playground are not well maintained. Those playgrounds located at the residences area’s field fixed by the local authority which I believe the fund are from our government. Is the government just allocated the playground equipments fund but no allocation for the maintenance cost? Or the local authorities are not doing their job well?

Those colorful plastic material playgrounds look so beautiful when newly fixed. But days after days under the strong sunny days and heavy raining days, the color are getting out. Besides, kids are leak of conscious take good care of public facilities, most of the play equipments are broken.

I do believe that government not choose to provide wooden swing sets is because of the higher costing compare to plastic sets. But if they do consider the maintenance cost of the plastic sets, I am sure those wooden playgrounds are much worth to buy.

I really hate this! What is the main purpose they send all those spam comments? Every one there are spam and every one will choose spam to delete the spam comments. What is the benefit they can earn?
