Feel helpless lately with the working condition now. I hate the situation now where I can not get a very firm answer every time when a chance adapted. I know it is a must to chance as this is the big boss decision. I try to understand and stand on the management shoes to understand how their pressure is and how the need of the chance. But I am disappointed with the answer give by my superior when every time job assigned, without a firm direction.

I have two different answers with the same question when I asked at the different timing. The aim is the same but there will be two ways of treatment where I am not clear which the latest answer given will be the firm and final conclusion. I know there might have another set of instruction if I ask the same question later. I will not ask for the third time. I will act upon requested as the second instruction. Correction done again and again is wasting my time. I rather do it once the problem explored.

I feel uncomfortable every time when forwarding confidential documents to my colleagues. Most of the times I need to scan those documents, saved in public folder, and forward copies to respective personal. I am not sure how secure our email system is and how they keep those documents soft copies but I do wish that our management can consider buy document management software so that every one can view and get the documents copies under a secure environment. With password protection, only authorized person can access to those confidential documents. Have to get a quote and check whether our company affordable to get one…

Bro brought two iPad 2 before his way back to Malaysia. We are happy to receive this latest and famous gadget as gift from UK.

But we are surprise to know that the price he got is more expensive than Malaysia. Search from net and found that UK price had just recently been cut down to 399. This is the price bro paid. Although the iPad 2 price in UK has been cut down, but this is not the cheapest.

What’s the price selling in Malaysia? RM1499.00

Simple calculate with the current exchange rate of 4.8929, UK399 x 4.8929 = RM1,952.30. He had paid extra of RM453.00 per iPad 2! That’s a lot!
For those who has not own iPad1 like us, it is worth to buy in Malaysia.

Just come across a website selling Coogi shoes make me wondering will my dad loves to try on one of the design. My dad complained that his foot pain comes back again recently. His friend recommended a special wine which made by traditional Chinese medicine and he is drinking every day now to cure the pain. Since he always believe that his friend’s ideas and advices are trustful so I just let him to continue and try on it.

But in long run, I rather he can take my advice to wear good quality shoes. I noticed that the pain will easily comes back when he busy in the garden at long hours. Besides, some times he will spend long hours to do exercises. I think his foot muscles are overloaded that make him feel the pain. A pair of good quality shoe is helpful for him to maintain good postures and comfortable movement. Let’s see whether he will like it.

My colleague is planning to buy gold bars. He was heading to a jewelry store in the nearby shopping mall asking for the gold price this morning. He is disappointed when he found that the store does not keep any gold bars to trade.

I will prefer to invest in gold at local finance institute. To me, I feel more secure dealing with finance institute because they are under control by Bank Negara. With the control and certain restriction, trading with them will not have chance to get cheated. The gold price has reached its highest price now. I am double is it a good time to invest on. Any advice?

The construction was half way done about five years ago. We thought we are going to else the traffic jam pain every day with the new fly over built but never thought that the project had been abandoned for so long. We still have to drive slowly and jam in the middle at the peak period as usual. For the about five years pasted, nothing much we can do. And now, the project had been hanging for about 5 years it’s now started to continue building.

Recently some roads are started having their new dresses. The works are done at night. We can see the new tar and new road painting on most roads.

Some selected traffic lights started malfunction. What a dirty trick!

Do you prepare any Easter gifts for kids? Sorry to say this is not in my consideration.

Why? You can say I am stingy to spend. I do spend on my two little princesses. Almost every weekend they will have some new stuff from their dad. They will always have chance to receive gifts. So, I decided not to special spend for the Easter gifts.

The actual fact is, I don’t know what to buy. They already have what they want and what they needed. I don’t like to spend on the same items that they already own. For example, one school bag is enough. What for buy extra?  I don’t want them to be pampered and always love to look for new stuffs. They should learn how to appreciate what they have. I think this can consider an Easter Gift I give to them. :p

Get a part time cleaner to work for me every week is a must now. I do try to save the cost but my back not allows me to do so. I will feel significantly uncomfortable after I do the house keeping. I try to do it separate time and try to avoid bend my back and lift heavy stuffs but I will feel stress and tight on my muscle after works. So, I have no way to escape spending on employ a part time maid to do the house cleaning.

I am lucky to get one who works for me once or twice a week. I can have more time to rest and relax.

Smart customer will ask the price when they place order. But this is not enough. Customers are to make sure the cook they get is what the price that they are affordable, the best way is to ask the waiter to inform on the pricing after they weight can calculate the quantity of the raw seafood before cook.

I had submitted my income tax comp and am now waiting for my tax refund. Inland Revenue department is very efficient nowadays as my colleague who submitted his tax comp at much earlier stage has already got his refund. Inland Revenue department will send the refund cheque to tax payer directly reach their correspondence address.
