Due to uncompleted assignments, I have to wake up early to finish my tasks and some more hubby need to go out at 4am this morning, I refused to go out. But when I heard the fireworks burning non-stop for more then 5 minutes, I totally regret my decision. I can only get a glimpse of the fireworks at my balcony.

Two countdown parties are having nearby my housing area and I prefer to celebrate it at home. Really no fun at all!

Online early in the morning I will update my blogs, check personal mail and login FB to ‘check’ friend’s update. Not much time to do more. I am happy if I can meet some who also wake up early as me. I do curious what are them doing in such early morning. Are they the same as me? Or they are sleepless?  But I didn’t really ask. To make sure my morning time is decent and not too rush, I better save my time to finish and complete my morning duty. This is what a mom supposes to do.

He is now working overseas and I think he will stick to work there for permanent. Not only because it is not easy to find a chef job at local but the pay is another issue. I do agree that the money he is earning in foreign country is more than what he can earn in local restaurant or hotel.

Dad always wishes he can back and work permanent at home country, I am afraid his dream will not come true….

I heard a friend who is always chasing the latest technology trend, is offering to sell off his ‘out-trend’ tablet pc as he just got a new one. Previously he only spent on latest hand phone model, but now he also take part to be the pioneer user of the latest tablet pc. Almost all his friends are using his second hand mobile phone or tablet pc. I do believe his financial status is very good, else how can he be steady and spend non-stop? Else, I will suggest him to look for a job in those computer or hand phone outlets so that he can continue be the first to use those latest technology and save his pocket money.

Lately when checked with my credit card statement and found that I had already overspent. Oh my, I should not make myself fall into the trap. At the beginning hubby did asked me to check and compare it before I make every single decision but I just ignore him. Now I am suffering.

To control myself, I have to learn not only compare the deals but to list out my spending and compare to my budget before I make any decision. Should not make this worst condition happened again.

I wish to answer this question from the bottom of my heart. Life is simple and relaxes recently after changed of new job. New working environment, new colleagues, new tasks and assignments, all have to start all over again. Now I need to build up the relationship and team work with new colleagues, it’s not a difficult task of cause but feel the differences.

I am released from the stress and the hard times that I wish not continue. But I miss my ex-working partners so much. The cares, supports and the assistance they given is more than what I deserved to.

Anyway, this is the decision I have made and here comes my new life. I have to cherish and enjoy as this is what I chosen. No regret and never regret as I believe I am heading to the way of live that I wish to.

I stay at somewhere a bit high and flood is not my worry. But I do stay alert to the strong winds. Last week there is a high age tree fall down due to strong wind and hit a car parked under it. I learned that auto insurance is not covered if damaged due to natural disaster. The only way is to claim from local authority as they not done their job properly. It is their responsibility to maintain the plants at road side.

I am more worry will those tv antennas fall down from our roof top due to strong wind. If this incident really happened and accidentally hit someone, who should bare the responsibility?

Natural disaster we can not escape, but at least some general knowledge needs to be improved to protect our rights.

Attend to work on Saturday is relaxing. Not everyone is contribute their energy to work but just simply clear some simple and easy tasks, clear some mess or even chit chatting is more than work.

To me, half day work on Saturday is not productive at all. It seems like wasting company’s resources and wasting employee’s time travel to and fro office.

Any chance work five days a week? I don’t mind to work 9 hours a day and off on Saturday and Sunday….

I am so shock when I saw a cat sit on top of our TV this morning. When she saw me, she ran away so fast just like she knows she has done something wrong.

I have no choice but to clean up the mess and make sure the urine odor is fully cleared.

I still can tolerance when I saw them rest at my car port. I don’t mind to clean the mess there every day but break-in to my home is up to my limit. To ensure this will not happen again, we have to ensure our doors are closed properly before we go out so that they have no chance to break-in again.

I hardly agreed with my department head thinking. This batch of new staffs is recommended by existing staffs in related companies. She did explain to me that she aware of the urgency of staff replacement. As long as they are committed to work under the job scopes she has informed during the interview session, she willing to give them a chance to try.

One of them is previously account assistance. Now with the executive level, she has to handle full set of account.

Second one is a businessman after graduated. Now he assigned to in-charge of all the matter related to customer service.

Third one previously working at executive level but the job he handled now is not directly related to his expertise.

Three of them start work about a month. Generally I am disappointed with their performance. I don’t wish to complaint them one by one but this is really comes to my limit and even my existing colleagues are complaining.

Three of them become burden to the existing co-workers because they can not perform well. We spend time ‘training’ them more than we spend time doing our own job.

All my works get stuck. I have a strong feeling my department is sinking.

Life is so challenging!
