Because of busy life, I have no extra energy to take good care of my blog. This is the place for me to write and jot down my thoughts and I feel so comfortable to type in front of my computer. Blogging is my relaxing time.

As I am too stress during my working hours, I put all my efforts to complete as much tasks as possible at office and I feel superb tired every day when home. I even had my working condition and pressure in my dreams.

Life can not be just work and work only. Without valuable time with family and self, I feel so unbalance. Then I started to warn myself back to blog, continue on having relaxing mind after office hours.  Always remind myself to live in a balanced life!

Initially I didn’t display my email contact at this site because I don’t think any one will contact me as this is my personal site with some dairy records. What I wish to share I already wrote in my posts and I think that is enough. Some more I don’t want my email account becomes one of the junk mail victims.

Lately I found that this is not a good way. If my blog visitors got question to ask about the message or content in my posts, they can communicate with me through the email contact that I inserted. Two way communications is always between than one way communication. It is good to open and discuss further any question that my blog readers might have if they wish / need to.

From now on, your questions to my blog contents are most welcome.

How good you are depends on how great you can do and how best you can be. Every one is unique. Every one is importance to play their role in life.

Do you ever have such feeling or query that who are you? Why you were here? What life means for you? No matter how worst the condition is, I had never thought that I am not importance or useless. Maybe I am not the kind of easy loser. I will fight for my right and make myself in the condition of always alert.

Confident is very importance. Those who have no confidence will always in negative mood. How to turn into positive tune? Give yourself a smile in front of the mirror. You are who you are. Love yourself and always listen to your heart feeling. Life is bright if you wish it is bright. The future of you is the wish you make and actions you taken today. Be confident to every step you move. You yourself are the best supporter!

There are some patients wearing ankle braces waiting for their turn for chiropractic adjustment as well as doing physiotherapy at the specialist center that I often went.

There are two little patients braced me up. One is about 6 or 7 years old, the other one is about 5 years old I guess. I meet them since the day I started the DTS treatment which was more than half year ago. They are having problem on their leg since young. Every time when I feel tired or pain with my pain, I will think of them. As they can handle the treatment so well, why can’t me?

Compare to my problem, they might need longer time to undergo the treatment for their disability.  I go along the treatments and I often saw them committed to their treatments as well for this half year period. With the adjustments, corrections and practices along the treatments, their situation now getting better and better.

Bravo! My two little heroes!

Life is so busy. I have to check and confirm in advance before I make any decision to attend any events or functions. Hubby got his own schedule, my two princesses have their tuition, exam and school functions. I become the one so flexible to follow their schedules. Some times if I wish to fix my facial treatment date, I also need to double confirm with my bosses before I confirm the appointment.

Schedule is full doesn’t means that no time to rest. This is why I make myself as free as possible. Other than house cleaning and those routine jobs as a mom, I try to rest myself as much as I can too. If I also to have my busy social life like hubby, I am sure I will have no time to take care my house and my princesses.

I can’t remember when was the last time I stand on the scale to weight myself. I always feel worry to know the result. Since now I am more confident with my health condition, I decided to check it physically.

My back pain is gone but the numb on my lower right leg makes me feel uncomfortable. As always, I need to continue take extra precaution for every movements and my postures of stand, sit and walk to ensure I can maintain and towards better condition.

So happy to announce I am now 40.5kg. For the six years passed my weight dropped to scary 40. I am too weak and too slim all the way. 0.5kg increased is a very good improvement.

I promised to myself to continue try harder to keep up my weight until I need the best weight loss pills to keep my body slim down again. Ideally 45kg is the perfect weight, if I can hit 50kg that will be my limit. So, there are still more rooms to go!

To build the habit of saving money, hubby and I gave coins to our two little princes. With the two new purchased coin savers, we do hope both of them learned on how to save money.

We did motivated them to keep those money in save and told them they can use the money to buy something they like. We wish they know that spending is easy but saving is difficult. To enjoy spending, you must know how to save.

Maybe our interpretation is not good enough or maybe they are too smart. When I saw the money in my elder princess coin saver is getting lesser recently, I found that she is starting to spend her savings.

She is too smart and found to way on how to open the saver and take out the money. Secondly, she spent whatever she likes. Both actions were done without our permissions.

Those spending were mostly stationery items. To her, we already informed her can use the money to buy anything she likes. But this is not our aims.

Ok. We must change our strategic now. It just that now she is hardly to accept the new role. She is complaining why adult likes to change our mind so easily. The money was given to her and that was her money but still she need to ask our permission when she wishes to spend. She can’t accept this new role.

Just be informed about the new deadline for some pending tasks. Those tasks suppose to be done at the earlier stage but due to so many issues, its keep on pending. With the getting stable of new management, here comes the new deadline.

I have been told that those are the dates that can not be postpone anymore. In another words, it means that the new management wishes to clear off those long outstanding tasks. It is suppose to be a very good sign. But the problem is I am short handed. This is the problem that I always have. It seems like as long as every thing can still run as usual, the management will not border how bad the staffs working conditions is.

I can not against the decision made. My new boss style is she wants you to follow her instructions. Don’t tell your problem. She won’t screw you up but she will say something no nice to you. The only thing is to do whatever that she wants.

To me, if her staffs can not perform well that’s means she can not perform well too. She is putting herself on risk for the decision that she made. The only I hope is I will not get more troubles. It is no doubt that my working life is getting more and more difficult to survive. Wish that I can have luck to overcome all the difficulties.

Nowadays pupils have to be smart in using computer. I try not to let my two little princesses to use the computer at home because I feel that it is not the time for them who are still young. I just realized that I am wrong to have such thinking after my elder princess showed me the e-class webpage on her school website.

To my surprise, all the students’ information is updated in the web. They can now check the daily homework to do list from the web. Besides, they can upload their photos and parent can even check their children school records through the pages.

I am I must not to be fettered by old conventions anymore. This is modern time and this the modern way of learning and teaching way that I have to accept the chances.

This is not the first time I received this email. But like what I always do. I will close the mail after read and forget it. The suggestions given in the mail is actually so useful. I especially like the last advice / idea which I believe that comes from a person who really takes it in action. This is good to be alert on how to protect ourselves when comes to emergency. I need to re-locate my car chain hanger and put my car chain at a more suitable place.

If you hear a noise  outside your home or someone trying to get in your house, just press  the panic button for your car. The alarm will be set off, and the horn  will continue to sound until either you turn it off or the car battery dies.

This tip came from a neighborhood watch coordinator. Next time you  come home for the night and you start to put your keys away, think of  this: It’s a security alarm system that you probably already have and  requires no installation.

Test it. It will go off from most everywhere  inside your house and will keep honking until your battery runs down or  until you reset it with the button on the key fob chain.

It works if you  park in your driveway or garage. If your car alarm goes off when  someone is trying to break into your house, odds are the burglar/rapist won’t stick around. After a few seconds all the neighbors will be  looking out their windows to see who is out there and sure enough the  criminal won’t want that.

And remember to carry your keys while walking  to your car in a parking lot. The alarm can work the same way there.

This is something that should really be shared with everyone. Maybe it  could save a life or a sexual abuse crime.

Would also be useful for any emergency, such as a heart  attack, where you can’t reach a phone. My Mom has suggested to my Dad  that he carry his car keys with him in case he falls outside and she  doesn’t hear him. He can activate the car alarm and then she’ll know  there’s a problem.
