Because of going to medical center frequently, I am no more against the statement that every one will need doctor’s help. Not only that but every one who work related to healthcare job should be praise.

Some said more and more doctors are realistic and they might charge some extra cost to make them richer. But I believe this group of no moral doctors will get the punishment from God sooner or later.

For those nurses and doctors or even a cleaner working in medical centers or hospitasl who always have passion of doing their job well and helping the patients towards recovery, I thankful for all their contribution.

No body willing to fall sick. The cares, concerns, helps, love and support from health related workers are deeply appreciated.

This is my Chiropractor. I am sure there are many great Chiropractors in Malaysia but he is the only one I trust. I am appreciated I can met him. He is definitely one of the importance people in my life.

I love the peaceful and relaxing environment at the HSC Cheras Specialist Center. The equipments and facilities there are complete and all the staffs there are very nice and friendly. With a friend recommendation, I am now undergoing Chiropractic care.

I did hear about this specialist before. I am keen to have a try. I wish to thanks to my friend who recommended a very experienced doctor to me. After few times adjustment, I am feeling much better.

I know my problem can not be solved in short term. No matter how long it takes, I must not give up. I believe I can fully recovered one day with the help of my chiropractor.

I will take out the Christmas tree and decorative items around a month before Christmas every year. Last year I did the same but unfortunately I can not find the led Christmas lights. All decorative items suppose to put in one plastic bag kept in storeroom. I have no idea who is the one taken out from there. The sciatica pain makes me lose another 1 kg. I am 41kgs now.

I lose weight successfully after I fall sick.

The symptom of sciatica pain is still there during the time I consuming my second batch of medicine. The pain is back after few hours I consumed Anarex and N-Cobal. I understand this is the help of Anarex as it consists of Paracetamol which helps to relief pain.

So, I decided to ask help from Traditional Chinese Medicine. I undergo acupuncture therapeutic nearby my area. This is the doctor I always go and I saw lots of her patients are undergoing acupuncture. I give myself a chance to try on it.

I can not relax myself at the first time of acupuncture. As you can imagine, it is really scary when the time the needle insert into skin.

This is for my own record to jot down what I have been taken for my sciatica recovery journey. I told doctor about I am swell after taken my 1st batch medicine for the last 14 days.

I didn’t confirm with my doctor but I think probably is the Arcoxia (etoricoxib, MSD) 90mg Tablet made me swell. I have no more swell with N-Cobal and Anarex one table each a day.

Papaya + Milk
Honeydew + Milk
Star Fruit + Dry Plum
Purely Dragon fruit
Japanese cucumber + Dry Plum

All these are my favorite fruit juice. Most people will prefer added ice but not for me. Looks clearly the list, I found that I like milk and dry plum very much.

Yesterday I go lunch with my colleague and one of the colleagues ordered the new combination:

Japanese cucumber + Apple + Dry Plum.

I will only take cucumber when I feeling hot in body. I will definitely go and try this when I need cold.

Fresh fruit juices is good the body health. But it is only good provided we drink it immediately after blended.
