One of my colleagues was on diet after she gave birth to her 2nd child. We all are no surprise she not manage to cut down her weight because we well known her style. She is just too good of given excuses.

For the last 5 months she on diet, we only can see a not very significant result on her body shape. She told us on and off that she is on diet but she keeps eating much when she is in good mood. She is too weak of self discipline.

Recently I saw her eating so much and noticed that she has gain weight a bit. I am a bit surprise when she told me that her diet plan failed due to her pregnancy. This suppose is a Good News but I am really worry will they be any diet pills side effects to her. Even though she is so confident that the diet product she consumed before is no problem at all, I still not comfortable with this.

Is there any way to check and confirm there is not side effect to her and her baby at all? I am really out of idea…

I afraid and I refuse to consider oversea trip especially when those countries in low temperature. No matter autumn or winter, I dare not think about it.
