Hubby asked what is the next gift elder princess want for next reward of good exam result. We are surprise with the answer.

Elder princess wishes to have a birthday party!

Children get used to celebrate birthday every year. And parent like to organize birthday party for them. This is not our style but princesses are complaining. With the wish we know, we have to take off this rule.

For sure, I don’t thing hubby will refuse to make her wish comes true.

These are the medicines taken home when the day younger princess checked out from hospital: -

1. Paracetamol 250mg / 5ml  100ml (Progesic) – 1 bottle (new)

2. Ibuprofen 100mg / 5ml Syrup 60ml (Nurofen) – 1 bottle (new)

3. Paracetamol 250mg Suppository (Poro) – 3 pcs

4. Promethazine 5mg / 5ml Syrup 60ml – 1 bottle (balance) & 1 bottle (new)

5. Hyoscine Butylbromide 5mg / 5ml syrup 100ml (Dhacopan) – 1 bottle (new)

6. Salbutamol 2mg / 5ml Syrup 60ml – 1 bottle

7. Cefurixime Axeil – 1 bottle

Younger princess enjoys her every meal likes usual on the day she checked out. She has no fever but still a bit cough. Doctor told me to continue the cough medicine and antibiotic. Appointment will be 1 week later.

Pharmacist explained that the first 3 medicine are for fever, then Promethazine for vomit, Hyoscine Butylbromide for stomach pain and Salbutamol for cough.

I am query why so many medicine? My princess was no more fever, vomit and stomach pain already but why still gave us such medicines?

The reason I can think of are: -

1. To ready for my princess fall sick again
I am so worry if this is the reason! This mean my princess will back to fever again and might need 2 type of Paracetamol then will be seriously continue fever and need the Ibuprofen!
To play safe, better give patients all the necessary medicine? Is it means that I can be doctor to give her medicine if she back to fever again and no need doctor further advise until the fever medicine finished? (NON-SENSE!)

2. This is every hospital practice. To make more sales and more profit, pharmacy in hospital can be one of the profit centers. (I do hope I am wrong!)

3. Because the bill paid by Medical Insurance Company. Since the cost not comes from the patient directly, patient will not complain the cost of discharge is high due to extra medicine.

The 3rd reason made me more comfortable but I do hope that is not true also!

As the gold price getting higher and higher, will you still buy gold? Or you will sell your gold?

I have no plan to buy gold at this moment but I am wondering is the good time to sell my gold chains. Hubby did asked me to sell it three years ago but thanks god I didn’t follow his instruction and the price now is much better than that time.

I did saw some news and report saying that the price will be higher by end of this year. I will wait and see.

Hubby keeps his credit card bills at his office. Those bills will directly mail to his office instead of our house. I do believe he is trying to hide from me how much debts he owes.

I never control his spending. So, I will let him to decide his money spending. As long as I need extra fund and he managed to pay, then I will continue let him to deal with his debts by himself.

He will buy a new digital camera from appareils photo numériques using his credit card for the online transaction. He no needs to get my permission in advance for the spending. He will not inform me in advance also. I will only know when I wanted to know. Being my hubby is full of freedom, right?

My dad is busy weeding in his garden. He maintains the garden very well. The garden is full of flowers and fruit trees. I do understand that he loves gardening. But I just wish that he can aware of his health while gardening.

Every time after long sitting on stool for weeding, he feels pain on his ankle. Doctor did advice him to stop sit on stool for long hours. I know this is the course of pain. Although he told me that after medicine the pain will gone but it will comes on and off. I am sure that is the effective of the pain killer and that not cure the pain for long term.

He do has an echo trimmer but that not help to weed whole of the garden. More of the places still need to weed by hand. I am wondering whether there is any robot designed specially to help on weed garden. For sure this will be a good helper for him.

My colleague is planning to get a security home automation system after she employed a foreign maid to take care of her baby. So many bad news about the problem maid make her has no confident to employ foreign maid but we have to admit that maid is the best friend of working mom as they can help to take care of baby as well as take charge of the house cleaning work.

To monitor the every single movement of the maid at home is to install CCTV at home. If that is really bad thing happened to her baby, at least she can be the no.1 to know and can take the fastest action to avoid the even worst condition happened. This is what her thoughts.

But I just advise her to take it easy as I believe as long as you are good to people, people will treat you good in return. They are just working for money at a foreign country. Train them to be a good helper and be a good boss is the prevention of bad things happen. Agree with me?

Some superiors or manages like their staffs work overtime. To them, those employees who willing to stay back and work late are classified as hard working. I totally can not agree with this statement.

I don’t like to work overtime. To me, if an employee who always need to work overtime mean he or she is not efficient on his / her daily work.

Overtime is needed only when the assignments is close to dateline. For me, one likes to drag works to last minutes and work hard only at the last minutes is not reasonable at all.

Besides, this is no good in long run as those who always work late will lost their personal life. They will started get bored and tired with their always overtime life. Sooner or later, he or she will leave the company.

Bosses who always encourage their staff to finish work on reasonable time and always motivate their staffs to enjoy their after office hour life are the good bosses. Do you agreed with me?

Initially I wish to apply 2 credit cards. I do plan to have higher credit limit so that I can have extra fund when emergency. I do hear about hospitals request patients to pay some upfront before they admit to hospital.  This is something need to be prepare of because I am having weak body.

But after the Budget Malaysia 2010 announcement where service tax will be started to imposed beginning 1st Jan 2010, I have cancelled my plan.

RM50 service tax will be imposed to principal credit card holder. Whereas, RM25 service tax will be charged for every supplementary credit card. Credit card holders have to pay the service tax on yearly basis.

In Year 2010, I make my 1st credit card service tax payment. But this year, I changed my mind and made decision to redeem with treats points.

10,000 treat points to redeem Credit card Service Tax of RM50. There are 3 ways to redeem and I pick the fastest and the most convenience way. I dialed my banker hotline and inform about my wish to redeem service tax with treats points and she do it immediately for me.

As told, the transaction of redemption will show in my next credit card statement.

Will you pay the service tax by cash or redeem with treats points? My friends said it is not worth to redeem. For me, treats points can not turn into cash. What for to keep so many treats points? As long as I have saved my money, it is worth to redeem. Share with me your thoughts.

When drive in a sunny day, both I and hubby will feel comfortable with our Maui Jim Sunglasses. This is best tool to keep our best vision when driving under the strong sunlight.

After the explanation on why both of us wearing sunglasses, my two little princesses asking us to buy one for them. Since they travel with us frequently, this is under my consideration now. Adult needs it to protect our eyes; it is a need also for our children as well, right?

Then I am thinking, which is the sunglasses best suit for kids. I can not trust those selling in shopping malls with fancy and colorful design which I believe that are mainly for the propose of wearing it as an accessory instead of an eye protector. But I can’t find a eyeglass shop selling ‘genuine’ kid’s sunglasses. Any one knows where to get it?

I will never apply leave on Lunar New Year eve unless company declared the day as compulsory leave. To me, every thing should be ready and I don’t like last minutes cleaning on the eve. But this is not my hubby’s style. So I have to chance my mind from this year onwards. I have to apply annual leave for at least the two days before Lunar Chinese New Year to assist my hubby to ready all the needful to celebrate the festival with peaceful of mind.

This is something need to be tolerance. If you can not chance someone, you must chance. I believe this is the basic requirement for a couple. And the best is, change with full of willingness. Else, you will never feel happy for whatever chances. I love my hubby. I am willing to be the one who chance to support him all the way.
