T@ste6 Restaurant at Swiss Garden KL
We went to T@ste6 Restaurant at Swiss Garden KL for dinner on 30th November. We suppose to go earlier but hubby totally forgot the due date of the coupon deal. When I checked, that was on 29th November. Not to waste the money that we already spent, we called for appointment and have our dinner with my sis.
3 of us are really disappointed on that night. The waiter told us that since that was the last day of the offer, we can only select few items which are only available on that night. Those available were a bit ‘low cost’ dishes. We do feel like get cheated with the deal.
The interested part was, there was a couple came later who sit next table of us who also valid for the coupon insist to have their selection even though the same waiter explained the same to them. Because they complained, they got their choices.
Since we know we can fight for our right, we voice out and of course the waiter agreed to get the same dishes as them.
My comment to T@ste6 Restaurant: Please do not do any promotion again if you are not willing spend. No matter how, you have to treat all your customers the same asĀ this is what you offered and we had already paid in advance.
You might not get the same profit from the menu due to price cut down but in business sense, the cost will be the advertisement fees. People who enjoyed the deal, they will definitely come back again.
Unfortunately, because of your wrong decision, you spoil your image!
