TM Upgrading

Just saw the notice from TM only know why our home phone line and Streamyx are malfunction. They are currently doing some upgrading works within our housing area. The job needs about a month to be done. This means we will have interruption of telephone line and online for a month.

I feel frustrated for the interruption. Tonight we suppose to contact those who receiving the Crawfish Boil Invitations and discuss online what we wear and plan on how we go. They must be chatting so happy but I have to out of the team. I will only get updated after they have final conclusion on that.

Ok. To be fair, I will claim for the lost of the interruption. I will jot down the number of days of interruption and ask for billing waiver for the period. For the time being, I can make calls using my hand phone even at home and online during office hours…
