Mother’s Love
I love the taste of the fish balls made by my mother in law. It is fresh and pure. Without any additives, fresh from a whole fish, is the best taste ever we eat.
I do have chance to see how she work on it. She needs to stand for long hours to dig the meat of the fishes, clean it and mix with other necessary ingredients to make it tasty. With the fresh fish meat, her Yong Tau fu is the best in the world.
She spent almost half of her time in the kitchen every day. I really appreciate the time that she spent to prepare the ingredients, and to cook for all of us. Every time I saw she cook in the kitchen, I feel her passion of cook as well as the love she contributed to all of us.
