I know I should always be re-charged in full every day so that I can have full energy to fight for my back pain. I try to sleep as much as I can. Even though I still wake up few times in the middle of night but I wake up not because of the pain now.

Recently I feel more released. The pain is gone and the numbness on my foot is less significant. Although the uncomfortable is still there but sometimes it may gone. It comes on and off now and I feel great with my movement.

I should always keep on exercise every day. Besides, I have to maintain good postures no matter when I sit and I walk.

I will share with you what have I done besides the chiropractic adjustment. I wish to make sure those treatment that I am undergo right now is really effective to treat the sciatica.

Bro will reach KLIA airport next Thursday. I just can’t wait for the day comes. So do my two little princesses. We miss him so much.

I will be the one fetch him from airport. Sis will make sure her GPS system is functioning well because this is the first time I drive to KLIA. I don’t want to lose in the middle and can’t find the right way.

We all are so curious what he will buy for us this time. My two little princesses aim for toys and stationery. My sis and I are looking for coach gifts or something luxury. Can’t wait the day comes!

I just received an email from an ex-collogue updates on her new job. Times passed so fast, she already leaved us for more than eight months. I am glad she always remembers me no matter how busy she is. She emails me on and off updates on her new job and her life.

I really appreciate the friendship. I don’t know who to describe our relationship. When we work under same company, both of us are busy and we seldom have time to get together. We did have lunch together before but that will be not more than 15 times for the pass three years. But our friendship can be established.

She will be promoted very soon even though she works at the new company for only eight. Her potential and good working skill is rewarded. I wish her all the best!

I need to re-plan my monthly budget after my sis suggestion to buy the senior life insurance.

I do agree that this is a good investment. Funeral cost and package nowadays is getting expensive compared to before. I am sure the price will continue goes up in future. This is one of the ways to cover the cost that we can not avoid to spend in future.

But I am wondering what is the price of the yearly premium will charge. My sis said she will get quotes from insurance companies and let us to consider on.

If the amount is affordable, I will go for it.

My colleague is planning to get a security home automation system after she employed a foreign maid to take care of her baby. So many bad news about the problem maid make her has no confident to employ foreign maid but we have to admit that maid is the best friend of working mom as they can help to take care of baby as well as take charge of the house cleaning work.

My elder princess loves bookmarks. She is a good collector. I have brought her some but whenever she saw some labels or cards, she will collect it and use as bookmarks. She love especially those new clothes tagging when hard card form and with colorful images. Don’t you agree that this is a very good idea of recycle?

I just saw some metal bookmarks from an online store. I know this kind of bookmarks may not suitable to my princess at her age right now but I am going to show her the website. Who knows maybe she will find some other alternative ways to create special bookmarks.

I am a bit disappointed for not manage to join the Earth Hour because an emergency happened on that particular hour.  But I can do it any time I want to make the motive of the event being success. The continue of Earth Hour is not to join the event next year but to be more conscious on how to utilize the electricity supply smarter way to save our earth.

Honest speaking, I find myself not fully committed to the saving of electricity. I successfully limited using the air condition system at my house. I successfully influence my princesses to switch off the lights and fans when not in used. I will always unplug the power point when it is not in used but I will always forget this little action too.

Moving forward, I will do more and be more responsible to the effort of saving energy supply.

I don’t want to complaint but I feel very disappointed to found another bad quality China product. When the time hubby brought the travel bag, the China seller told that the bag is branded and good in quality. Too bad it gets spoiled easily.

Hubby found that the wheel of the travel bag was broken when he picked it from the airport luggage transit belt. We can blame why those airport workers are so rude when handling the traveler’s luggage but if the bag that hubby brought is good in quality, we don’t think it can be spoiled easily.

We will look for Ogio wheeled travel bag when our next visit to shopping mall. No more China made product again.
