My colleague is planning to buy gold bars. He was heading to a jewelry store in the nearby shopping mall asking for the gold price this morning. He is disappointed when he found that the store does not keep any gold bars to trade.

I will prefer to invest in gold at local finance institute. To me, I feel more secure dealing with finance institute because they are under control by Bank Negara. With the control and certain restriction, trading with them will not have chance to get cheated. The gold price has reached its highest price now. I am double is it a good time to invest on. Any advice?

The construction was half way done about five years ago. We thought we are going to else the traffic jam pain every day with the new fly over built but never thought that the project had been abandoned for so long. We still have to drive slowly and jam in the middle at the peak period as usual. For the about five years pasted, nothing much we can do. And now, the project had been hanging for about 5 years it’s now started to continue building.

Recently some roads are started having their new dresses. The works are done at night. We can see the new tar and new road painting on most roads.

Some selected traffic lights started malfunction. What a dirty trick!

My father in law is our home gardener. He not only takes care of his own garden, he also helping us to take care of our garden. Luckily I have him our home maintain a green environment. He manages to keep all the plants at home in very tidy and beautiful condition. No matter in hydroponics or soil plant, he can manage it well.

Every weekend we can see him taking care of those plants. Make sure those plants live healthy and beautifully, we all happy to have beautiful gardens.

Again, the company photocopy machine done. We have to call and follow up when their technician will come for the repair. This happened the third times within a month. I already make my complaint and perhaps our management will consider change a new machine.

Luckily the breakdown is the photocopy machine. It not much affected our daily operation. If the same problem happened to our small business phone systems, I am sure not only our customers will complaint but our boss will jam too.

Photocopy machine, telephone and computers are the importance office equipments to help on running business smoothly. How can a business run without them nowadays?

I hard to send her to dentist because she will cry to protest herself because she knows her problem and she scare of pain. No matter how I conform her she will not dare to follow me to see dentist. This is my main problem now.  Anywhere, I know I cannot escape to spend on braces when my elder daughter comes to nine years old. Let’s see what I can do to convince her on having beautiful teeth.

Do you prepare any Easter gifts for kids? Sorry to say this is not in my consideration.

Why? You can say I am stingy to spend. I do spend on my two little princesses. Almost every weekend they will have some new stuff from their dad. They will always have chance to receive gifts. So, I decided not to special spend for the Easter gifts.

The actual fact is, I don’t know what to buy. They already have what they want and what they needed. I don’t like to spend on the same items that they already own. For example, one school bag is enough. What for buy extra?  I don’t want them to be pampered and always love to look for new stuffs. They should learn how to appreciate what they have. I think this can consider an Easter Gift I give to them. :p

Get a part time cleaner to work for me every week is a must now. I do try to save the cost but my back not allows me to do so. I will feel significantly uncomfortable after I do the house keeping. I try to do it separate time and try to avoid bend my back and lift heavy stuffs but I will feel stress and tight on my muscle after works. So, I have no way to escape spending on employ a part time maid to do the house cleaning.

I am lucky to get one who works for me once or twice a week. I can have more time to rest and relax.

Do you like the design of these necklaces for mothers? This is one of the items in coming Mother’s Day gift budget planning. I already decided to buy orchid to my mother in law. Then I started to look and search around what I want. I am a mother too so I deserved to receive gift on that day. I should include this in our next month budget. I am going to show it to my hubby because he is the one going to spend.

I love all the necklaces design but I am not greedy. Darling, buy me the first one enough.

I try not to control my two little princesses but I wish to let them know the importance of being responsible for what they had done.

I always try to stop them from sleep late. Almost every morning they will refuse to wake up because they not enough sleep and feel tired. Then the day will be spoiled if they got not enough energy and make noise on this and that.

Besides, I do understand that every children love sweets, candy, snacks and ice. They will fall sick easily if they over consume those stuffs so I try to limit their intakes. So, you can guess what their reaction every time I stop them to continue eat those stuffs.

I try to make the statement clear and wish they can understand my points. I love them. Moms love their kids and will let them have whatever they like. I rejected their requests and I make them feel disappointed not because I don’t love them. I love them and want them to be good. Sleep early can have a brighter morning and fresh energy for tomorrow. Eat less sugar and ice can keep their teeth and body strong and health. If they not follow my advice, they will have problem. When the problem comes, who is the one will suffer?

They can continue what they want to do but they have to alert the results of what they had done. They are the one who need to face the results. Perhaps they can be more self discipline and be responsible for whatever they had done.

When I was young, I love daisies and sunflowers very much. Later on, tulips, roses and lilies are my choices as well. But lately I found that the variety type of orchid looks so elegant.

This one I found it in the Bridgeport CT flowers online shop. This is a good gift idea to mom on Mother’s Day. If I can’t get is local, I will consider to order online to my mother-in-law. This is my first time send her flower on Mother’s Day. Some more I believe she has not receiving flower as gift for numbers of years. I am curious to see what her reaction when she received it from me. :p
