Vitamins
Consuming two type of vitamins a day is it OK? One is vitamin C and the other one is vitamin B. I take one table a day for vitamin C. My chiropractor is advice me to take two tables of vitamin B a day. So, one day I will need to takes three times of vitamins after meals.
I wish to see how great the results after taking vitamins. I will not do so when I was young. But when age getting higher, I should do something to keep up my health. Some more the vitamin B is needed to strong my nerve. Perhaps it is truly help and I can recover from my back pain soon.
