I can drive and travel far. I am more and more brave compare to before. Previously I am only expert with my local area and the journey to office. But after I need to travel to different chiropractic centers, I started to travel far and travel often.

Anyway, I am good only within the state. I will definitely need gps if I travel to different states. So, I will still leave this mission to my hubby.

Consuming two type of vitamins a day is it OK? One is vitamin C and the other one is vitamin B. I take one table a day for vitamin C. My chiropractor is advice me to take two tables of vitamin B a day. So, one day I will need to takes three times of vitamins after meals.

I wish to see how great the results after taking vitamins. I will not do so when I was young. But when age getting higher, I should do something to keep up my health. Some more the vitamin B is needed to strong my nerve. Perhaps it is truly help and I can recover from my back pain soon.

If I continue do all those house keeping works, no matter how clean of my house condition, I will continue having slim body even though I no need to consume most effective diet pills. More over, my pain will have no chance to fully recover. I am aware that the pain is the one makes me slim down.

I should not think and worry much but to make my decision now. Since I can not work for the house cleaning, I should spend to get cleaning service to make sure my house is clean and all house keeping works is done properly.

Where the rumor started? If no body started the topic at the first place, no one will spread the issue.

I believe some thing is happening. So many rumors but I believe the true will only comes when the time is comes.

I don’t want to further guess what will happen later on. Nothing is more importance that now where I need to do whatever I need to do. Too much of worry is no good.

Be patient. Just wait until it comes.

I am not sure how and why the dog came. My neighbor is having a dog lately. It is good to start train a dog since young. I think it is because the dog is not young, my neighbor is having trouble to control the dog bad habits.

The dog likes to bite shoes. He likes to take down clothes hanging under the sun. The worst is, he likes to climb over the fence and run here and there when his owner is out.

Please send your dog training here. I found the website and going to shown them. If you can not train the dog, lets the expert helps.

I am the one who fetch my elder daughter home from school every day.

There will be terrible jam if I go on time. Therefore, I will normally go a bit late to fetch her. She needs to wait for me around fifteen to thirty minutes at school every evening. She always waits for me at the school canteen. While waiting, she enjoys playing with her friends. There are two security guards on duty at the school canteen. I have no worry about my girl’s safety.

Her school is off 35 minutes early on every Friday. I suppose to fetch her early but I am late yesterday. I am late about one hour. To worst thing is I forgot to bring along my hand phone on the same day.

Guess what happened?

When I reach the school I can not find her.

When I am worrying where she is, my father-in-law came and told me she is with him. My elder daughter and my father-in-law wait for my arrival because they got no way to contact me.

The story: -

My elder princesses rang her granddad using the school canteen public telephone.

Elder Daughter:
Mom is late.
I wait for so long.
Day is getting darker. (It’s a raining day)
There only leave four of us
Called mom but mom didn’t picked up calls
Called back home
Sis picked up my call. Sis helped me to call mom.

Younger Daughter:
I tried to call you two times but you didn’t pick up my calls!
Then I go and told grandma who is cooking at kitchen that mom is late and not picking up sis
Then grandma asked granddad to fetch sis

*GOOD!*

I am happy to see how good respond my two little girls are.
I did teach my elder daughter how to use the school public phone to call out.
Both of them are great! *Thumb Up!*

I am the silly one! Make this as an every good experience. Always remember to bring along hand phone when I am out of home. Besides, I should learn how to escape from office early after office hour.

Why I wanted to share with you all about my Valentine’s Day surprise? Because I wish to share with you all how efficient of our Malaysia Police are.

After a week we lost our car, hubby received call from a police and told him that the car was found.

We had reported to Police on the day of incident happened. Besides, we had submitted our claims to insurance company. The car found means police and insurance company are involved to settle this issue.

An adjuster from insurance company is liaising with the police officer to get the car out. Hubby had to travel to identify the car and check on the spoil and losses. Besides, he required to proceed to a different police station as requested by police officer to submit a copy of his IC…

I am still smiling when I write this post. Our police did a good job! The happier part is we had been told by our insurance agent that we can claim the lost of the car parts. Now all we have to do is to wait patiently until the car is fixed.

HAHAHA, I am so happy. I may need to apply thicker anti wrinkle cream to night. We are so lucky!

This is a back date post.

I wish to record down my Year 2011 Valentine’s Day. This is a special day for both hubby and I.

On that day, we can not celebrate even we were not plan to. Initially I though it will like normal Monday but the incident make us so surprise.

We lost our car on that day.

When hubby back from work via LRT and proceed to take his car at the Complex Sukan Bukit Jalil car park bay, he can not find his car.

When many couples having their candle lights dinner at romantic restaurants, we make the car stolen report at police station.

This is a truly special Valentine’s Day for two of us!

I am worry whether I need to sign up another package to continue my back bone treatment. The first treatment package is going to be end soon. I did asked my chiropractor and she told me be patient and let see how is my result after the last treatment. According to her, I need to do a test to check on my improvement.

I did double confirm with her and she told that my back muscle is still very weak. The weak is mainly because of the pain along with me for so long period. (7 years)

Recently I am doing some gentle exercise teach by the physio. I feel the improvement of my back but still not enough.

Just stumbled upon online creatine reviews website and I am wondering is it suitable to me. Need to check with them when my next visit.

Hubby will be very busy from today onwards. One of his best friends is back to Malaysia yesterday. He will need to accompany him all the way until he freight back to Australia.

They will go to a 7 days overseas trip on 10th of March. A group of eight of them will going to fully enjoy their photography trip to Cambodia. I am sure they will snap so many beautiful photos during the trip.

Since I am not a photograph crazy, I didn’t join the trip. I will be a lonely wife for the 7 days.
