No Good Sleep
This is the 3rd weeks I have no good sleep. I really don’t know how long I can stand for the sleepless nights.
I have no such problem in my life before. Too bad it happened to me now. I am awake in the middle of night because of the slipped disc pain. The pain make me can not sleep well. I had tried to change my sleep positions but still I can not even find a comfortable sleep post.
I can fall sleep easily at night. Maybe because the medicine taken is doing their job make me can’t feel the pain when I sleep. But when the pain continues in the middle of night, the pain is so uncomfortable and I hardly fall sleep no matter how tired I am.
What can I do in the middle of night? I am so tired. My eyes can not open at all. I keep on changing to a comfortable sleep post. I wake up and walk or sit on a chair to relief the pain…..
I just not dare to take medicines at night since the instruction is to take twice a day which I taken in day time. If I take medicines at night means over dose already, right?
One night sleep around four to five hours is already very good now. I have to always keep myself in good mood and think positively during day time to keep up energy.
Pray hard my sickness can go faster! *sigh*
