Almost all of my friends and colleagues are Facebook’s members. Seems like this become the trend where everybody like to update their life and keep in touch with each others at this most famous social network. I can not ignore the power of the site where they provide a very good channel to gather all of the people in one place. The most happiness for sure will be the moment found the ex-schoolmates, or ex-colleagues in Facebook. Besides, I must show my thumb up to the Facebook team who getting so many interesting online games where every one can play games and chat online at the same time.
I know well how good this social media is. But I am not a member of Facebook as at today.
Why?
1. I am so busy.
2. I got so many things dealing with my daily life which I believe that are more importance than sit in front of the computer.
3. Sharing and connect with friends is great but I am more concern privacy.
4. I got no time for online games.
I think these reasons are sufficient enough to explain why I do not wish to become a Facebook member. Besides, I realize some of my friends are really addicted to Facebook. They not only log on during midnight. They even log on during office hours. This not only affected the quality of rest and sleep. Furthermore, it affected works efficiency or some may lose working spirit.
The worst is, some are suffering sickness due to long hour in front of computers. The long hour constant post which may hurt the body muscles and the concentration to online long hours caused bad impact to one’s energy.
A hobby or a habit that you are addicted which brings you so many of negative impact and ‘side effect’. Don’t you think some where goes wrong?
You are the best know what is the level of addiction yourself to Facebook. Perhaps you can be more discipline and control the time spending with ‘connect and share with the people in your life’.

It seems like some additive are begin to conscious. I think here is the right place to increase your intention to be more discipline, efficient in life and work as well as full of spirit every day. Cheers!
