Previously I thought online business is only limited to those businesses doing trading online but I am wrong. Business having their website and blog online is getting common due to the competitive market. This is another way of advertisement where they may get hits from their potential customers.

Having website and blog online for a business is to promote their brand and products locally as well as international. And the end beneficiary will be the consumers who getting more choices to search and compare products online and getting better bargain power.

Car accessories selling online like billet grilles might be the price reference for you and I but I believe internet media had already created many successful bulk transactions deals in between the sellers and buyers no matter locally or internationally.

I feel so bored to moderate incoming comments recently.  There are around twenty over spam comments to my blog every day.  I am in doubt whether by select spam to those comments will really help to block further spam comments coming from same ip.

Anyway we can do to avoid this problem? I do consider closing for comment on my posts. But to me, I am sharing my thoughts and wish to get some response or advice from others. Blog post close for discussion is one way communication. I feel not nice to do so.

What is your advice to overcome this problem?

I am doubt whether I can handle the full set of account of my company. I have no chance to do it previously when I am just handle part of the account. I am appreciate our company project management software is doing the great job. The only thing that I need to improve is to make sure all the information entered into account are accurate. I am a bit worry with the communication break down between department and colleagues. I am always in query how am I going to submit the reports and analysis without the latest updates. I need to always be alert with the last management decisions as well.

I am getting more chances to work something different after the leave of my superior. I do appreciated my new department boss willing to guide me and given chances to me to perform. I treat this as a golden chance to upgrade  myself.

I always believe that the more I do, the more I learned. It is not easy to get used on new change which is beyond my current jobs profile. More over I have no such experience as well as qualification to work with such different skill. I do comfort myself where I committed to do my best for all the challenges. I have no regret even I had done mistake, created problems as well as making wrong decisions. I treat this as new experience to my working life. The experience and whatever I had learned can not buy.

I wish and I believe I can overcome all the challenges!

My male colleague asked for our advice whether to go for tooth extraction. The pain is reached his limit but he is just afraid to go for tooth extraction.

He sent his son to local government dentist last week for the milk tooth extraction. I am a bit query why he did not go together with his son for his own problem. Do you know what his ”explanation’?

He preferred a ‘high standard’ and professional dentist as good as charlotte dentist that his friend recommended.

He chooses a free government dentist for his son but he is wiling to spend an expensive tooth extraction for himself!  What a double standard father.

It is no doubt that I am getting more busier after the leave of my superior. Time management to me seems like so importance now. Which one is priority, which is importance, and which can on hold? I have to justify and complete works so that everything can go smooth as usual.

Well, this is coincidentally close to my life now. But I am not agreed with the suggested advice.

I get disturbed by my colleagues most of the time. But I am willing to help if they need me. For me, works between a department as well as a company are inter-related. As long as I can help and solve their queries at the moment they need solution, it is better I do it on the spot rather than let them to continue query. The delay might save my time on that particular moment but it may create the chances of troubles happened which we may need double or triple time to solve it.

The trouble will back to us one day, just the time concerned. Why? This is because we are working under the same company…

Do you think I am too positive thinking on my work?

I found that there is a newly opened sell used books store nearby my house. This is what I am looking for long time ago. I seldom read. Newspaper is the one I read but not every day. I only read magazines or books while waiting in hair saloons or clinics.

The majority books in my house are story books. I have to buy books frequent because of my two little princesses. I am happy to find a place selling used books. I don’t mind to buy used books. My concern is I can spend the some budget to get more books.:p

All these are my favorite fruit juice. Most people will prefer added ice but not for me. Looks clearly the list, I found that I like milk and dry plum very much.

Yesterday I go lunch with my colleague and one of the colleagues ordered the new combination:

Japanese cucumber + Apple + Dry Plum.

I will only take cucumber when I feeling hot in body. I will definitely go and try this when I need cold.

Fresh fruit juices is good the body health. But it is only good provided we drink it immediately after blended.

Luckily I got some saving at the beginning of year when I got my bonus. If not I really don’t know how am I going to settle all these. Some times I really feel sorry to myself because I can not spent much for my own. Acne treatment products will be the compensation for my hard work in June’10. This is still better than nothing, right?
