My colleague keeps complained that the recruitment ads are not much recently and this make his frustrated. It’s beginning of a year and every one is looking for bonus payout. Employees rather stay for another one or two months, getting their ‘rewards’ once a year then only consider to or not to change new job. This will be the reason why not many companies recruit manpower.

They not only given companies information plus full details of their current vacancies, they also provide services like job matching, new match job alerts and etc.
